Upper Floor
Located on the upper floor of the home is 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite washrooms and stunning views of the river, mountains, and the grounds surrounding the estate. Situated at the East end of the upper floor and at the top of the entrance spiral staircase is the master bedroom. Situated at the West end of the upper floor, is a 2nd large bedroom referred to as the Rose Room. Located between these two large bedrooms are 4 additional bedrooms and a spare room.
The large master bedroom features a walk in closet with cabinetry, a natural gas fireplace, and a private deck with a river view. The round feature wall in this room, the high ceilings, and the natural fir flooring, create a natural tranquil setting. The master ensuite features a two-person soaker tub located in a nook with a river view, a two-person steam shower, and dual sinks. The ensuite floors, shower and wall surrounds are all finished with natural slate stone tile.
